HOW TO DUPLICATE YOUR WORK SO EASILY?
Here's how
STEP 1
Select the item you want to duplicate using the selection tool that is usually located at the leftside of the screen.
Then drag/highlight the item that you want to duplicate.

The item will be outlined by red and it will be sorrounded by tiny squares once it is already highlighted
After hightlighting the item, this is the shortcut step that you can do.
-while the item is being highlighted, press CTRL+ALT. You will notice that the mouse cursor will suddenly change to black with a little plus sign on it.

There you are! you already got your item duplicated :)
Repeat the steps if you want to duplicate more
You may use the align and distribute tool if you want it organized
